2. Use of Our Website
You may not misuse our website. You will only use the website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Product Description
We endeavor to ensure that the descriptions and images of our Products are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display or the printed pictures will exactly reflect the actual color or design of the Products.
4. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. The prices are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
5. Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
6. Returns and Refunds
Customers are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. The Product must be returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Warranty
Our Android Smart TV boxes come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, code, and software used on or incorporated into our website, and the arrangement or integration of all such content, graphics, code, and software, are subject to copyrights held by or licensed to SoftBox LTD, and all rights thereto are specifically reserved.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SoftBox LTD, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or contractors be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or non-performance of the Products, even if SoftBox LTD was previously advised of the possibility of such damages.

We respect the privacy of our customers. Any information provided to us during the purchasing process is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties, except as necessary for order processing. Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14. Shipping
14.1. The goods are delivered by sending them from the warehouse to the delivery address provided on order. If the customer chooses to pay in advance, the goods will be reserved for the customer upon acceptance of the contract, but will only be sent after the amount of money has been received on the SoftBox LTD bank account. The customer is therefore asked to take this into account when ordering and to assure the agreed advance payment duly in time.
14.2. As soon as the customer has chosen to pay in advance and the amount has not been credited to the SoftBox LTD bank account within 14 days, SoftBox LTD can withdraw from the contract. As far as SoftBox LTD adheres to the contract, the delivery times stated at the time of the order no longer apply.
14.3. Average delivery time for the goods is 14 days. Transport damage If products and goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, the customer is asked to complain immediately to the supplier and to contact SoftBox LTD by email (info@ttv-usa.com). The customer helps to enforce the claims of SoftBox LTD against carriers and transport companies. Failure to submit a complaint or contact SoftBox LTD will void the warranty.
15. Retention of title
15.1. The goods remain the property of SoftBox LTD until they have been paid for in full.
15.2. Prior to the transfer of ownership, resale, rental, pledging, transfer by way of security, processing, other disposal or redesign without the express consent of SoftBox LTD is not permitted.
15.3. SoftBox LTD retains ownership of the goods until all claims of the seller against the customer from the business relationship, including future claims, including those from contracts concluded at the same time or later, have been settled. If the customer does not meet his payment obligations despite a reminder, the customer is obliged, at the request of SoftBox LTD, to return the goods in a usable condition, in their original packaging, to SoftBox LTD at their own expense. The goods are then examined, damage and compensation in the amount of 30% of the sales price as well as reminder fees and default interest must be borne by the customer despite the return of the goods. If the customer does not comply with the request to return the goods within the set period and does not pay the purchase price including reminder fees and default interest, the offense of embezzlement is fulfilled. This is expressly pointed out.
16. Treatment of the goods, maintenance, access, disruption
16.1. The customer undertakes to treat the goods carefully and appropriately. He is liable for damage that can be traced back to improper handling, unauthorized tampering with the goods or other culpable behavior on his part or, with his approval, from third parties.
16.2. The customer is obliged not to rectify faults and damage himself, but to inform SoftBox LTD about them immediately. If the goods are sent to SoftBox LTD or a company commissioned by SoftBox LTD for repair and if the defects, damage or other changes or deterioration of the goods are not material defects, which are statutory warranty claims or guarantee claims against the manufacturer, trigger, the necessary fees incurred for cost estimates, repairs and similar costs are to be reimbursed by the customer to SoftBox LTD.
17. Customer Liability
17.1. The customer is liable for improper use of the services, violations of these general terms and conditions or contractual obligations, insofar as he is responsible for them.
17.2. The customer releases SoftBox LTD from all claims that third parties may assert due to the negligent behavior of the customer due to the violation of their rights in connection with this contract. The customer bears all legal defense costs incurred as a result. The customer is obliged to enable SoftBox LTD to ward off claims by third parties at the customer's expense.
